Chargeback Policy

Effective May 1, 2022

Any customer who initiates a chargeback transaction on an order purchased from a Reefables vendor will immediately and permanently lose the ability to place future orders on Reefables. This policy is in place to protect Reefables vendors.

Reefables vendors are required to post clearly stated policies regarding DOA orders, exchanges and store credits. All disputes are to be mediated through the Reefables Arrive Alive Guarantee. If, after discussions between the Seller and Buyer, the parties are unable to come to a satisfactory agreement, an Arrive Alive Guarantee claim form should be submitted by the buyer.

No refunds are offered on any livestock purchase made through Reefables or any of its sellers, unless expressly stated in the seller's store policies.
