Sellers who are unwilling to ship using accepted standards for live animal shipments will not sell on Reefables.
ShipYourAquatics, the industry’s authority on professional aquatics shipping, has published a shipping standards guide containing comprehensive, detailed information on how to properly pack and ship aquatic livestock. We recommend that all sellers become intimately familiar with these shipping standards and apply them to each and every shipment that leaves their facilities.
To report violations of the Reefables humane shipping policy, send an email to [email protected]. Include photographs of the injured or deceased animal and shipping materials, along with a description of the circumstances surrounding the alleged violation. All reports will be investigated.
